Anantam Legal, a New Delhi-based litigation and advisory practice, is opening its doors to law students for an on-site internship running across September, October, November, and December 2026. Selected candidates will work directly under Adv. Anant Malik, gaining first-hand courtroom and drafting experience rather than routine document review.

What the Internship Offers

Interns will be placed on live matters spanning:

  • Criminal Defence – special-statute litigation, including cases under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA), alongside white-collar crime matters.
  • Insolvency – hands-on exposure to proceedings before the NCLT and NCLAT under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
  • IPR & Corporate Advisory – intellectual property matters and advisory work for corporate clients.
  • Commercial, Civil & Matrimonial Litigation – active casework across these areas.
  • Legal Research & Drafting – real drafting assignments tied to ongoing cases, with exposure to hearings before District Courts, High Courts, the Supreme Court, and various tribunals.
