When the customer buys our products/services, the purchase is not entitled to any refund. For example, if a customer buys any online batch/service, it is non-refundable. However, if a customer purchases any batch by mistake, they can request to change it to another batch of the same amount within 7 days of the purchase. Therefore, the customer should check the complete system and decide to make payment in the case of books. Furthermore, if the product received is damaged/lost by the courier partner, the customer is entitled to a replacement. However, in case of a wrong address given or books not accepted by customers, the purchase will not be entitled to a refund.
