Quantum University, located in the picturesque city of Roorkee, Uttarakhand, stands as one of North India’s prominent private universities. About the Opportunity

The Quantum School of Law at Quantum University is proud to announce the 5th Edition of the All-India Moot Court Competition 2025, focusing on “Personality Rights in the Digital Era.” The event is scheduled to be held from 14th to 16th November 2025 at the university campus in Roorkee.

This prestigious competition is organized under the guidance of the Moot Court Society and aims to give budding law students hands-on experience in legal argumentation, research, and advocacy. Through this platform, participants can sharpen their courtroom skills and gain valuable insights into the working of the legal system.

The competition is convened by Ms. Aditi Mishra, with Mr. Shantanu Shekhar and Dr. Aditya Tomar serving as the faculty conveners and advisors. The student organizing committee includes Mr. Manudev Arya, Ms. Aanchal Saini, Mr. Aryan Jain, Mr. Abdulla Iqbal Khan, and Ms. Harsha Chawla.

Theme

The 5th All-India Moot Court Competition 2025 centers on the theme:
“Personality Rights in the Digital Era.”

Eligibility Criteria

Participation is open to all students currently enrolled in a 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated LL.B. program at recognized institutions across India.

Each team must consist of three members:

Two Speakers (Orators)
One Researcher

Team composition details must be provided during registration. Once registered, every team will receive a unique team code via email.

Participants are strictly prohibited from revealing the name of their institution or city during any stage of the competition. Any breach of anonymity may result in penalties or disqualification, at the discretion of the organizers.

Registration Fee

Early Bird Registration (On or before 30th September 2025, 11:59 PM)

Regular Registration

₹3,000 (without accommodation)
₹5,000 (with accommodation)
