Performance-based

A recommendation letter for outstanding performance.
Complimentary law e-books covering summaries of landmark judgments, judges’ autobiographies, contract drafting, and legal magazines for deserving interns.
Hands-on experience drafting various petitions, appeals, and agreements for proceedings before the Orissa High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, subordinate courts, and various commissions.
Development of research skills, including how to utilize online legal databases such as those of the Supreme Court and other courts.
Comprehensive understanding of the litigation process, from case filing to case disposal.
Exposure to client interactions through participation in client meetings and discussions.
Opportunity to observe courtroom hearings.
