About the Commission

Delhi State Consumer Commissions are crucial in resolving disputes between consumers and sellers or service providers. The consumer dispute redressal system is designed to provide a quick and effective remedy for consumers who face product or service issues.

Roles & Responsibilities

Briefing of Daily Case files.
Research Work: Conducting in-depth research and assisting in drafting Judicial orders and Judgments.

Eligibility

A law student from a recognized college/university in India.
The candidate should have a sound knowledge of the first law principles and publications.

Other Skills

The candidate should have sound knowledge of computer application and packages [M.S. Word, M.S. Excel, Power Point]. The candidate should have good command over English (spoken as well as written) and should have experience of research activities.

Minimum two months.

Working Hours

10:00 AM. Till 5:30 PM.

Stipend
