About the Internship
Spark Legal is now accepting applications for a long-term internship within its Learning and Development team. This internship is ideal for candidates who are curious about how legal transactions are structured and who wish to gain meaningful exposure to the venture and startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities
Interns will:
- Research industry developments and market movements
- Study how real-world deals progress over time
- Assist in translating insights into structured knowledge material
While this internship is not a transaction-execution role, you will closely engage with real deal frameworks to understand key legal and commercial considerations that influence outcomes.
Duration
Minimum commitment of 3 months, with an option to extend based on performance and requirement.
