Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing corporate agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Conduct legal research to support corporate initiatives and compliance efforts.
- Participate in due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and business transactions.
- Support in-house legal counsel in preparing legal opinions and advice on corporate matters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance in corporate projects.
- Assist in maintaining corporate records, documents, and filings.
- Stay updated on corporate law developments and relevant regulations.
- Attend legal team meetings and contribute insights to legal discussions.
Eligibility
- Enrolled in or recently completed a law degree program with a focus on corporate law.Solid understanding of corporate legal principles, contracts, and agreements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of professionalism and ethics.
- Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
