Internship Opportunity at IdeaForge, Navi Mumbai: Apply Now! This is an on-site internship program. The work role would include legal research on various topics related to the company’s business and industry.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct legal research on various topics related to the company’s business and industry. This includes researching relevant laws, regulations, and cases to help the legal department make informed decisions.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies. This involves working closely with the legal department to draft and review legal documents, ensuring they are accurate, clear, and legally sound.
Review and analyze contracts, legal documents, and other materials. This includes reviewing contracts and other legal documents to identify potential issues or risks and recommending changes or revisions as needed.
Support the legal department in day-to-day tasks, such as execution of legal documents, filing, document management, and scheduling. This includes managing legal files and documents, scheduling meetings and appointments, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. This includes working on special projects as directed by the legal department, such as due diligence reviews, compliance, or other legal initiatives.
