About the Company
Zolvit is an online legal services facilitator with legal advice, documentation, trademark, copyright, patent, incorporation & registration services, tax registration, and accounting services.
About the Role
This role will directly work with the Senior Lawyer at the Company and will handle the following:
- Analysis, and review of documents
- Segmentation of documents
- Drafting of Agreements, Notices, and Contracts
- Research on Corporate Law, Commercial Law.

Chennai/Remote (basis team’s approval)

Stipend
There is a Stipend amount being paid to the candidates during their internship period.
Eligibility
Law students who are either pursuing their 4th or 5th year of Law to have Corporate Exposure in terms of Legal Documentation like agreements, contracts and notices and as well Legal Advice.
Duration
Zolvit is looking for students who can do a minimum of a one-month full-time internship. They can consider extending the internship basis the mutual agreement between the student and the team.
